Yes, it should. OCZ ram is the best, but I am curious.... why Intel and not AMD? AMD is a better gaming platform.... Can you tell that I am an AMD lover?

well just to keep you posted, I ended up using XP Pro {32bit} and changed my hardware config a bit.I used a Gigabyte EP45T-UD3LR motherboard/Pentium E6300 Dual core processor/Kingston Hyperx KHX1333C7D3/4G {4gig}/and PNY GTS 250 {1024MB}and although the os reports only 3.25 gigs of ram, {You can read why here www.geoffchappell.com/viewer.htm?doc=notes/windows/license/memory.htm }its running flawlessly so far and all my games on maxed out graphics settings, including Q3 Arena,UT3.Doom,Quake4,Painkiller and a demo of Batman: Arkham Asylum
