Quake 4 and Quake Wars

Bought both today; interesting stuff.

Testing the new hardware are we? How does it compare with the old PC?

Well, when I was a kid, we used what they "called" computers. 5 1/2 inch floppys, little tiny screen, etc.
I feel like I made a jump from that to prolly 2004.
These things are unbelievable; I need to get Crysis.
I ran both quake versions with max settings, and they ran smooth as silk.

You will love Crysis m8 just be sure to download the padges for vista before you start the game.
My son encountered crash after crash at first and when downloading it afterwards you have to start the game all over again.
Very awesome game though and looks damn fine too.
You might wanna try Farcry2 as well
