Well, as most of you know, we went to the Monster Trucks today, the entire day, man am I sore. Anyway, I had myself an experience I did not plan on having. There is a man, by the name of Bob Chandler. He is the man that made the first Monster Truck, the first BigFoot, the man that made it all possible. I saw him and knew who he was right away. The funny thing is, nobody else seemed to! I first thanked him for helping keep imagination alive in childrens lives, and some big kids. Then, to my surprise, the guy actually wanted to talk for a bit. Wow, do I run, stutter, or talk. Somehow, I talked. Bob was very upset, and started to show me pictures of how his driver, Dan Runte, ( the man, Dan, jumped over a 727, all kinds of crazy stuff, was right there also!) anyway, he was showing me photo finishes and how they had won, but the judges gave it to the other team. We talked for a few minutes, no need to go into details, but, wow. Hmm, guess I must look important...or maybe he is just getting old. Anyway, the trucks were great, the fireworks were also. Take care peeps! vroooooooooooom
