Tyler, I and some friends spent three days fishing for salmon. The river levels are WAY too high, people can die doing it in the conditions that are going on. Since the high water, the salmon are sparse....but the are there.
Wow, that is 1 hour drive from the house I grew up in(Central square, NY). My Mom lives in parish now, just South of there. I have several relatives in Pulaski, one was town treasurer a few years back. I have been to the hatchery there several times. My dad owned a 30 acre lot which was divided by a natural tributary to Oneida lake, so I could go trout fishing by walking 100 yds behind the house. Never caught one like that though, biggest was a 25 inch Pike that made its way into the pond in the middle of the lot.

Yeah, I had on a 30 plus pounder, I lost it though; just too big. If I lived up there I would fish everyday. This one that Tyler caught was roughly 23-25 pounds.

Man, that's one helluva fish. We have a Pulaski in Tennessee also but the only thing it's famous (or infamous) for is being the birthplace of the KKK. Ahh, the miracle of brotherhood that thrives in the South.
